With the Scan MyDS application, you have access to all the essential information from your handbook in a digital format. This application allows you to easily navigate your DS vehicle's handbook by scanning the components of interest using your mobile phone's camera. Through detailed presentations, you can familiarize yourself with the operation of key equipment in your new DS vehicle.

By utilizing your mobile phone's camera, you can effortlessly scan specific parts of your DS vehicle to retrieve detailed information promptly. The application will accurately detect the scanned part and provide instant details related to it. Adjustments for various features in your DS, such as seats, audio system, screens, safety features like airbags and reversing camera, are conveniently illustrated or animated for easy understanding. Moreover, it offers valuable insights into warning and indicator lights present in your DS vehicle.

After installing the Scan MyDS application on your smartphone*, you gain access to information excerpts from the user guide, which is also included in the handbook pack**. The content downloaded from the application remains accessible at all times, even without an internet connection.

The Scan MyDS application presents a user-friendly interface accessible through the navigation menu at the bottom of your screen. You can navigate by selecting:

• "Scan" - Allows you to search via camera scanning to obtain essential explanations about specific equipment.
• "Magnifying glass/search" - Provides access to an illustrated table of contents for manual searches.
• "Warning and indicator lamps" - Grants access to a library detailing all warning and indicator lights along with initial advice on necessary actions.
• "Navigation/Audio" - Offers information on audio and telematics equipment functionality, aiding in adjustments for optimal usage.

For safety precautions, it is recommended to use the Scan MyDS application only when the DS vehicle is stationary. Please note that a network connection is required for downloading the Scan MyDS application from the Store. The Scan MyDS application can be installed on different smartphones used by DS vehicle owners. It's important to acknowledge that while the app provides useful information, it does not replace nor relieve users from complying with essential printed vehicle documentation like maintenance and warranty booklets and handbooks, which serve as primary reference documents.
